Clear rules for both sides.

1. Who can use the platform

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Account details, audience information, rights, availability and campaign claims must be accurate. You are responsible for access to your account and for activity performed through it.

2. What RentMyHype provides

RentMyHype is a marketplace where creators and athletes publish sponsorship opportunities and sponsors can discover them, discuss a collaboration, submit a bid when inventory is limited, or agree a fixed package for repeatable social content.

A published opportunity is not an endorsement or guarantee of audience, results, suitability or delivery. Each party must review the creator, sponsor, rights, dates, deliverables and applicable rules before accepting.

3. Offers, bids and collaborations

Clothing, kit and other limited placements may use a timed auction. A bid is binding only under the exact rules shown before submission. Social or custom collaborations use a proposal and explicit acceptance workflow; messages cannot silently change the locked agreement.

Creators must have permission to sell every placement and deliverable they publish. Sponsors must own or be authorised to use submitted names, logos and artwork. Neither party may upload unlawful, misleading, infringing or unsafe material.

4. Payments

Real payments, guarantees and payouts are currently disabled. Any visible Stripe flow is sandbox-only and cannot charge a real card. Before commercial activation, the checkout will show the final price, platform fee, tax treatment, cancellation terms and payment party. Those transaction-specific terms will control if they conflict with a general example elsewhere on the site.

5. Delivery and disputes

Accepted terms, artwork approvals, delivery evidence and status changes are recorded so both sides can understand what was agreed. Raise a concern promptly and preserve relevant evidence. RentMyHype may pause content or activity while a report is reviewed.

6. Suspension and closure

We may restrict access needed to protect users, the service or legal compliance. You can request account closure from Account settings. Active payments, deliveries, disputes or legally retained commercial records may require manual review before identity data can be removed.

7. Changes and law

Material changes will receive a new version and effective date. Spanish law applies, without removing mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply where you live. Paid marketplace activity will not be enabled until the final commercial terms and operator information are complete.
